My husband and I enjoy our humble home in Central Texas where we are surrounded by nature. The peace and solitude of nature are like a tonic. I regularly practice Qigong, an ancient Chinese meditative practice that connects one with the natural world, which helps me cultivate a peaceful spirit.
I'm blessed with four sons, their beautiful loving partners,and nine grandchildren! I love having the grandkids over and watching them climb trees, build forts and run out in the open.
